We wanted to clearly showcase the impact we create, to support communication and relationship-building with government and philanthropic stakeholders.
The biggest surprise from the report was the strong mental health outcomes linked to our Employment Pathway Programme. It showed how providing meaningful work and support improves well-being, helping our team thrive beyond the workplace. This highlighted an often-overlooked benefit that also eases pressure on government and welfare services.
The report has reinforced our view that it’s a strong programme and has encouraged us to consider how we could further improve it. We know the programme works well, but we now have the ability to think ahead and plan new and different enhancements.
We’re still working on this. The insights from the GoodMeasure report will be included as part of our thinking when we workshop new ideas and future iterations of the programme.
